GymLift Terms of Use
Please read these before using GymLift.
What GymLift is
GymLift is a training log with a daily readiness score and a plan that adapts to how you feel. It is a training tool, not health advice: it makes no health claims, and nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If something hurts and keeps hurting, see a specialist.
Your responsibility
- You decide what you lift. The app suggests loads, sets and rest; you are responsible for training safely and within your abilities.
- Check with a professional before training if you have a condition that could make exercise unsafe for you.
Accounts and data
- You sign in with Apple. Your data is stored in your own iCloud; keep your Apple Account secure.
- You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Pro subscription
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase, billed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings; refunds are handled by Apple.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app, abuse the proxy service, or use GymLift in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. The training log and your data stay exportable. These terms may change; the version below tells you when.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GymLift is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for injuries or losses arising from training decisions made with the app.
